0.5 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon chile powder
2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
12 piece corn tortillas 4-inch
2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped
0.25 piece white onion diced
2 piece limes cut into wedges

Marinate

Whisk orange juice, garlic, oil, white vinegar, chile powder, coriander, paprika, oregano, cumin, pepper, and salt. Marinate chicken thighs 2 hours.
Cook chicken

Air fry at 360°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway. Transfer and shred.
Build and crisp tacos

Warm tortillas, oil both sides. Fill half of each with chicken and cheese. Fold. Air fry at 400°F for 6–7 minutes until crispy.
Serve

Top with cilantro, onion, guacamole, salsa, and lime wedges.
